Katch It is a bus app by students for students to help them track their buses around campus. It allows students to input their own school schedule to track their buses throughout the week. As the Visual and UI Lead for this project I contributed to the illustrations, design guidelines, and notifications, while also providing visual feedback throughout the app's development.
Where It Started:
Katch It began as a 48-hour competition challenging us to redesign our school’s bus app using AI tools — Claude (Anthropic), Google Gemini, and Figma Make. The result didn’t reflect the craft or clarity we wanted, so after the competition ended, we rebuilt everything by hand in Figma. AI-generated layouts served only as early inspiration.
